A family dream, brought to life in the Central Valley.

Bonjour, cherished Parisien admirers — step into the warm embrace of Parisien Bakery.

Our journey began some fifteen years ago, when Anthony and his family first set foot in the United States. Fortified by more than two decades of collective experience in the baking world — and a shared dream of showcasing our culture through the delicate artistry of baking — we were steadfast in our ambition to create something extraordinary for our new community.

That dream took shape in the heart of Old Town Clovis, where each dawn ignites the same shared desire: to craft exceptional baked goods, freshly made for our dear customers. From delicate croissants to divine macarons, every offering is made with love and precision, using traditional French techniques passed down through generations.

Chef Anthony brought more than two decades of baking experience with him to the Central Valley. He's at the oven before sunrise each day, shaping and baking fresh pastry by hand using traditional French techniques — now with the next generation of the family baking right alongside him.

Anthony's wife and the vibrant life-force of the bakery. After ten years as a veterinary technician, Jessica followed her passion for pastry — graduating with accolades from the Institute of Technology in Clovis with a degree in Pastries & Baking in 2014. Her specialties are wedding and custom cakes, turning life's treasured moments into edible works of art.
