Bonjour! Our journey began some fifteen years ago, when Anthony and his family first set foot in the United States — bringing more than two decades of baking experience and a dream of sharing the craft of France with their new community.
That dream took shape in the heart of Old Town Clovis. Today, every croissant, crepe, and macaron is still made fresh by hand each morning, using traditional French techniques passed down through generations. Step inside and you're not just a customer — you're an extension of our family.
